End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and KST GAMES LIMITED for the use of our mobile applications. By installing or using an App, you agree to this EULA and our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. License grant

KST GAMES LIMITED grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal entertainment, subject to store rules and this EULA.

2. Ownership

The App and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of KST GAMES LIMITED and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

3. Updates & termination

We may provide updates that you must install to continue using the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
